Yes, well done. I remember only in the last maybe decade learning the difference between the two, and while after reading both spiritual books and books like “Being Wrong” by Kathryn Schultz, I think we could all do with accepting a need for more guilt /remorse over things we are truly guilty of doing, in order to have healthy relationships; I think that understanding the ramifications of shame are critical to healthy minds and hearts.
